Maitürk has a well-equipped production facility. The high temperature reaction vessels have been designed so that they can be heated either by steam or by fuel oil. Distillation units situated in the reactors have enabled the production of purer reaction products.

     The use of reverse osmosis water purification has prevented the introduction of foreign matter into the process, that may come from the use of raw or softened water. Quality control is applied at every stage of processing.
